The Sukup Hy-Flight Conveyor is an innovative solution designed for efficient grain handling, particularly where steeper inclines are required. Unlike traditional drag conveyors limited to 10° inclines, the Hy-Flight Conveyor operates effectively at inclines of up to 50°, making it a versatile choice for grain receiving in compact spaces or challenging setups.

The innovative design of the Hy-Flight Conveyor provides the option to add a curve section. The curve sections are available from 10° to 50° inclines in 5° increments. Even with the curve sections added, there’s still a smooth and continuous movement, ensuring a steady flow of materials.

Key features include the bearing, sprocket, and shaft, designed as a removable unit, simplifying maintenance by allowing the entire assembly to be removed without disassembly. Sukup’s patented conveyor covers further enhance the system, reducing the tools needed for installation, sealing out water, and containing dust for a cleaner operation.

Sukup offers an option to add bypass inlet hoppers, which adds even more versatility, and allow control of the grain flow. Optional abrasion-resistant components, available in varying lengths and thicknesses, make the Sukup Hy-Flight Conveyor customizable for a wide range of operations, from small-scale setups to high-capacity grain handling systems.

I buy my product from Sukup because I know that they are going to stand behind it. That is somebody’s name on that bin …. and that somebody owns this business and they kind of take it personal.

FAQ

What options are available for abrasion resistance for Sukup Hy-Flight Conveyors?

Replaceable AR bottoms and side liners come in 10-gauge, 3/16", 1/4", and 3/8" thicknesses for added durability.

What makes the Sukup Hy-Flight Conveyor different from standard drag conveyors?

If a straight horizontal just won’t fit, adding a curve section might do the trick. It can handle inclines of up to 50°, compared to the 10° limit of standard drag conveyors.

How do Sukup's patented conveyor covers benefit operations?

The covers require fewer tools for installation, do not need sealant, and keep dust in and water out, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient system.
